Living room, dining and kitchen area
The 40-square metres living room in the property has a large, L-shaped aluminium kitchen. It is also equipped with a combo fridge-freezer, a second cupboard, a dishwasher and a gas oven with five burners and a cooker hood.
Naturally, the kitchen also includes a coffee machine, an espresso machine and an espresso capsule machine by Dolce Gusto for your use, as well as a microwave and a toaster. The dining table has plenty of room for up to 12 people to eat together.

Relax in front of the 55" flat sreen TV on the brown, L-shaped leather sofa (with sofa bed), while the fireplace ensures a warm, cosy atmosphere in the winter.

Bedrooms
All bedrooms have air conditioning. The first floor contains two of the four bedrooms. The first bedroom includes a large, queen-size bed, while access to the second bedroom (also equipped with a queen-size bed) is through the first bedroom.
The third bedroom is located on the second floor, where you'll find a comfortable double bed, a sofa bed (where two further guests can spend the night if needed), a 55" flat screen TV and a fireplace with a glass screen. 
The fourth bedroom is located in the low-rise outbuilding, where up to four guests can stay on two smaller double beds.

Bathrooms
Three bathrooms mean that all guests can experience a stress-free morning routine. 
The ground floor has one of the naturally lit bathrooms, equipeed with a toilet, double shower and a washing machine and a dryer. 
The first floor is home to a further bathroom with toilet, bidet, and a great shower, where you can enjoy the amazing lake views.
A thrid bathroom on the top floor, with windows and amazing views of the lake and mountains, completes the list of facilities within the property. The large, oval bathtub is the ideal place to while away time, and of course you can also take a shower here. A toilet and bidet are also part of the facilities.  

The outhouse
The separate, low-rise building allows four further guests to spend the night as referred to above. In addition to the two beds, the building includes a flat screen TV, a washbain and seating area, while a quiet night is ensured by the protection from the insects. 

External area
Relaxing on either of the large balconies on the first or second floor, on the terrace or in the garden with its 9 x 4.5 metres pool. There are plenty of seating areas, als well as sun loungers and garden seating available as well.

Wireless Internet with a connection speed of up to 30 Mb/s is available for free of charge, while smoking is prohibited within accommodation.

Barbecue (Weber-Grill) is available and dogs are welcome.
